Ingredients 1 1/2 cups whole milk 3 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 8 small croissants cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling (optional) 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 cup fresh raspberries maple syrup/ honey/ chocolate (your choice) , for serving Directions 1. In a shallow, medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Dip the croissants into the egg mixture, allowing each side to sit for 1-2 minutes in the egg mixture. 2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and coat generously with butter. Almond Flour Brownies Ingredients 3/4 cup blanched almond flour 2/3 cup honey/ agave nectar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 2 eggs  5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract DIRECTION Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix almond flour, agave nectar, walnuts, eggs, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; spread into an 8-inch square baking dish.
